Everyone knows that January is one of, if not the gloomiest months of the year and that means one thing, pick-me-ups and plenty of them. And by pick-me-up, I of course mean shopping. I’m going to Venice next week so my recent shopping has all been about relaxed casual pieces that are warm yet stylish. Simply click on the pictures below and shop to your hearts content..I know I already have 🙂
By now you’re all probably aware of my love for all things leopard print so this sweater for me is an absolute no brainer. I also love the fact that it’s navy as opposed to black so it’ll be perfect with denims.
I’m trying to get out of the habit of constantly living in black and navy works as a good alternative, it’s still as useful and handy as black but not as harsh. Perfect for the transition from Winter into Spring. I love the shape and fit of these trousers, much more dressy and sophisticated than denims yet they still work with your trainers as seen above. Ideal for dressing both up and down.
Helen Moore heaven just about describes this. This cross-over body bag is faux-fur perfection. The range of colours in it means it would go with nearly any outfit and even though fur is more commonly dressed up, I think it would be perfect paired with your denims and leather jacket casually.
Too poor for Dior? Fear not, I’m here to help 😉 These Public Desire designer inspired, perspex heeled, patent booties (a little bit of a mouthful I know) are the perfect addition to everyone’s Spring/Summer wardrobe.
I love the simplicity of these Supergas, I live in flatforms and they’re the perfect shade of camel to go with everything.
I’ve probably been after the perfect camel coat for over three years and it was surprisingly hard seeing as they were literally everywhere but I just never loved one enough to settle on it. Until now that is. It’s the ideal peacoat length so it comes to exactly half way between a standard jacket and down to the knee coat. I love the military styled buttons as most camel coats are usually wrapped with a belt and although I like them on others, I find they don’t suit my shape. Last but not least is the part I am most picky about and that’s the shade of camel, some are far too yellow based and others are too much of a beige colour, neither of which do much for my pale Irish skin. So there you have it, the perfect camel coat! Oh and did I mention it’s now half price?
Leopard-print, oversized, cat-eye sunglasses? I know, I know, how very predictable of me but just look at them! Yes please!
You can never have enough denims and recently I find myself very over the really skinny leg and definitely over the ripped effect so I’ve been on the hunt for more and more wider, straight legged, less distressed jeans and these beauties fit the bill perfectly.
Hope this helps with everyone’s midweek slumps, I may have (definitely did) indulge in some of the above as what can only be described as a coping mechanism!
