Hi Guys,

I hope you are all keeping well! The weekend before last was a bank holiday here in Ireland. Now usually, a bank holiday means one thing and one thing only – a very heavy weekend. When I say heavy, I mean a weekend filled with fun, frolics and of course ones fill of alcohol. As I’m sure most of you know by now, I am pretty much always up for a weekend of antics but this time around I just didn’t have it in me. I was feeling a bit worn out and in need of some R’n’R. Whenever I need a bit of space or time to relax, there’s always one place I know I can go that will help and that’s Ballyconneely. It really is my favourite place in the world. View Post

Last week I was lucky enough to attend the 7th annual Irish Fashion Innovation Awards. Fifteen very lucky bloggers including myself were invited to attend in association with the brilliant Into The West Blogger Network. The awards which are organised by the masterminds at Golden Egg Productions were set up as a platform for local and national designers to showcase their designs and creations. The awards have gone from strength to strength in the past few years and so have their contestants. This year there was over 150 entries from designers all over the country. The award categories included Student Designer, Accessory Designer, Millinery Designer, Jewellery Designer and Fashion Designer Of The Year. View Post

Hey Guys!

If any of you were on my Instagram yesterday then you’ll already know how lovely my Sunday was. The lovely and talented ladies at ITWBNSaibh and Sinead were successful in throwing yet another amazing and inspiring event. For anyone who hasn’t heard of the organisation, it’s a group set up for bloggers to support them and bring them together (a safe place if you will!). View Post

Hey everyone!

As you may have noticed, I have been very bold these past two weeks and not very consistent with my blog posts! You may have seen on my instagram that I had my holiday from work last week. My family were going to Donegal and I decided to make the most of my time off and go with them. Both of my grandparents on my mums side are from Donegal so alot of our family live up there. We stayed in Dundoan near Downings. It’s honestly a little piece of paradise up there. We stayed in a mobile home in The Rosguill Holiday Park. The facilities there are absolutely amazing- pitch ‘n’ putt, tennis courts, pitches, playgrounds and access to numerous beautiful beaches with sand so white you could easily mistake it for Barbados (weather permitting of course!). Hey guys! I’ve finally gotten around to doing another style diary. I picked up this waistcoat while I was in Athlone last weekend. Myself and my sister went with my dad to meet some of our family for lunch and before leaving we managed to harass him into bringing us to Athlone Town Centre. I love, love, love this piece. In winter I live in my faux fur gillets so it’s nice to have a lighter alternative for the summer months (not that we’re getting much of a summer!). Grey, suede and fringed- my idea of perfection!
