Hey Guys,

How glorious is this weather we’re getting? 30 degrees heat is something we are not used to here in Ireland! These warmer temperatures had me dreaming all day of being back among the vines in Napa, so much so I said I’d finally get around to posting about it 🙂 For anyone who follows me on snapchat or Instagram (@adashoflime) or if you know me at all for that matter, then you’ll know that I’m not exactly shy when it comes to professing my love for wine. From the very first evening we decided we were going to San Francisco, both of us immediately said that there was absolutely no way in hell that we were going that far without visiting the infamous wine country.  View Post

Hey everyone!

As you may have noticed, I have been very bold these past two weeks and not very consistent with my blog posts! You may have seen on my instagram that I had my holiday from work last week. My family were going to Donegal and I decided to make the most of my time off and go with them. Both of my grandparents on my mums side are from Donegal so alot of our family live up there. We stayed in Dundoan near Downings. It’s honestly a little piece of paradise up there. We stayed in a mobile home in The Rosguill Holiday Park. The facilities there are absolutely amazing- pitch ‘n’ putt, tennis courts, pitches, playgrounds and access to numerous beautiful beaches with sand so white you could easily mistake it for Barbados (weather permitting of course!). Hey guys and girls! As some of you might know from my other social media channels, I was away on holidays the week before last. I’ve already blogged about what I got up to during the day time over there and if you missed it, you can check it out here. For this post though I’m going to be focusing on what we did and where we went in the evenings and at night!  View Post

Last Sunday my family and I decided to go on a bit of a “family day out”. We got up early and drove to Doolin in Co. Clare. The drive down from Galway through all the villages is absolutely beautiful. From Doolin we walked out to The Cliffs of Moher. View Post
