I hope you’re all keeping well and enjoying what’s left of our summer. It’s probably the biggest week of the year here in Galway with the Races being on but I’ve decided to take it easy and catch up on some long overdue blog work.
A post I’ve been meaning to do for ages now is one on easily the biggest trend of the year so far – statement sleeves! I’m never one for fad trends because I usually tire of them quickly but this is a trend that is going absolutely nowhere and it’s also one that I’ve found myself buying into over and over again. If you follow me on Instagram and keep up to date with my #OOTD’s then you’ll be aware of my obsession for all things oversized and frilled in particular sleeves! View Post
I hope you had a not so miserable Monday. I don’t care what anyone says or how much you might love your job – Monday’s are still hard! For once, I actually stuck to my plan of not doing a whole lot as intended and just chilled out for the weekend. It was bliss. If you follow me on Instagram then you might recognise this outfit from last week when I wore it to my brother’s confirmation.
These culottes are probably one of my favourite pieces in my wardrobe – they’re just so much fun and well, sassy! Try as I might, most dresses just don’t suit my shape so I’m always more comfortable in separates. I think the day of feeling like you’re not dressed up unless you’re wearing a dress is long gone. I’m always of the opinion that you should wear whatever you like and feel comfortable in, as long as the fit is good. That’s my only rule – get the sizing right and after that throw the rule book to the wind. Fashion is supposed to be fun!! View Post
Happy hump day everyone! I hope you’re all having a fabulous week, am I the only one whose week is flying? Today’s post is all about my number one accessory, that I couldn’t be without – sunglasses. I have so many pairs, both expensive and inexpensive. The leopard pair that I can be seen wearing in the above photo, they were Penny’s finest and I actually bought three pairs because I loved them so much. Sunglasses are the type of accessory that you can never have enough of. They keep out the sun, cover those bags and add a pinch of personality to your look within seconds. View Post

Hello Lovelies! This week’s second look couldn’t be further from the first one. My first look of this week was dark and lacked colour but I loved it anyways. This one is very much the opposite but again, I love it. I never usually wear many bold colours and certainly didn’t have anything orange in my wardrobe before purchasing this jumper but I just loved this shade and how it “popped”. I picked this cropped sweater up while I was in London for work last week, I was instantly drawn to the colour of it. It has a beautiful rich mustardy, burnt orange hue.
Hi Guys! Happy Wednesday! I hope ye are all battling your way through those mid- week blues and enjoying your day. If not though, I’m here to lend a helping hand. My favourite kind of shopping will forever and always be shoe shopping. With the arrival of Spring means that the time is (hopefully) coming for us to put away those winter boots and start wearing lighter and brighter shoes. Taking that into consideration I have compiled lists of my favourite shoes that are out there at the moment… As always, I found it hard to narrow down my selection so there are plenty to choose from! Happy shopping guys 🙂
