Today’s outfit is an “off duty” look of sorts – it’s basically what you would find me wearing on weekends and time off etc. As much as I would love to be a dress/skirt kind of girl, I’m just so much more comfortable in trousers and denims in particular. I’m becoming more and more a fan of the “Mom” jeans lately, they’re the perfect balance between not too skinny yet still flattering and they still show your shape. I love the fact that they’re high waisted too which means you can tuck a top in or wear them with shorter things like this cropped leather.
My favourite part of these jeans though would have to be their frayed edged hems, they remind me of the Isabel Marant Etoile ones I have been eyeing up for the last year. The best part about these jeans though is probably their price.. €19!! Yea, you guessed it – Penny’s best! They’re recent stock but I’ve linked an IDENTICAL pair below just incase the masses have already claimed them!
On my days off I’ll always go for a very casual, laid back look so plain white t-shirts are usually my go-to’s, you just can’t beat them. Pair them with my new leather jacket I picked up in London last month, the silver runners I can’t take off my feet and finish with a bandana neck tie I’m pretty sure I’ve had since I was 8. Authentic 90’s kid much? No but seriously I love this current trend of neck ties, they’re so inexpensive (you can pick them up for a few euros) and they really change up your outfit. They’re the perfect finishing touch!
So what do you guys think of the revival of all these 90’s trends? It’s a small bit like deja-vu but I’m not complaining! In other fabulous news, tomorrow’s Friday!! We’re nearly there guys!!
